What is The Snoozzze Box?

We are a bimonthly pajama subscription box that focuses on self-care! We send out a full set of quality pajamas every other month, as well as some bedtime goodies to treat yourself.

How do I get my first Snoozzze Box?

Go to our homepage or click on "Subscribe" on our main menu. Click on the plan you want to purchase and then proceed with checkout. 

When will I be billed for my Snoozzze Boxes?

You are billed for Snoozzze Box the day you sign up then subscriptions will renew on the 27th of the month before the box ships. If you prepaid for 6 or 12 months, you will not be charged again unless you purchase that plan again.

What is the cutoff date to receive the current month's Snoozzze Box?

This depends on our stock availability.

If the current month's boxes have already shipped and we still have your size in stock, we will be able to happily ship the current month's box.

If the current month's boxes have already shipped and your size is no longer in stock, subscription orders placed during the current month will receive the next bimonthly box. For example, if you place your order in February or March, you will receive April's box in April. If you place your order in April, you will receive June's box in June. All boxes will be shipped within the first week of the months we ship. 

When will you ship my Snoozzze Box?

Recurring orders:We ship all recurring orders within the first week of the month the box ships! Our boxes ship in February, April, June, August, October, December!

New subscribers: Depending on stock availability, we may be able to ship your first box immediately after you place your order or when stated otherwise on the homepage. However, there is no guarantee that the current box will be the one you receive first.

If the current box is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will ship your first box within the first week of the next bimonthly box.

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course! Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, you can enter your order number and email address you used to purchase your subscription here.

The Snoozzze Box cannot be held responsible for stolen packages so please be sure to double check your shipping address and secure your daily mail properly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We'll be sad to see you go! But you can cancel either by logging into your account and cancelling here or emailing us at contact@thesnoozzzebox.com and let them us you want to cancel your subscription.

As long as we receive your email request before we bill your card on file on the 27th of the previous month, we will ensure that you do not pay for that month. And don't worry.. you can re-subscribe at any time ;)

What are your refund, return, and exchange policies?

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds given on Snoozzze Boxes. All orders are final and refunds are not given. However, we will honor a one-off size exchange if you place your first order and choose a size that doesn't end up fitting you.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

We do our best to ensure everyone gets every item in their box in perfect condition. We, however, also understand the postal service can be rough on boxes. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately no later than 48 hours after delivery. We will explain the next steps you need to take. If not received by the deadline, a replacement or refund will not be issued for damaged items.
